Documents for legal wedding required by Mexican law:
Certified Birth Certificate (this must have a raised seal) and two
photocopies.
Valid passport.
Home address and occupation of Bride and Groom.
Divorce decree (if one or both parties is divorced)
Tourist ID card (provided by customs upon your arrival into Mexico)
Name, age, nationality, home address and occupation of 4 witnesses.
Clients must arrive in Cancun 3 working days prior to the wedding to submit all documents and meet with the wedding coordinator.
Dress code formal or semi-formal, no bathing suits and no shorts.
Complete blood test results including HIV, STD (RPR), and blood type. These tests must be
taken at the resort and are ready within 24 hours (fee of approximately $50.00
per person applies)
