We just returned from a week vacation at
the Moon Palace Resort and wanted to drop you a line to let you know we
had a great time. The weather was perfect, and the resort was beautiful.
Although there was a lot to do right at the resort, we visited the Beach
Palace and Sun Palace in the hotel zone, went on the Jungle Tour, and had
dinner at a lobster restaurant called Lorenzillo's (which was excellent).
We also went to Sunrise Palace next door a few times. I wish I had
requested the Sunrise, because it had a larger variety of restaurants,
and a bigger pool.
Thank you for your help, and we will definitely
keep you in mind if we decide to go back to Cancun.
Just wanted to drop a line to tell you
how pleased we were with our plane and hotel reservations. Everything
went so smoothly. We enjoyed the manicures, pedicures and tours.
Couldn't do a massage, as the weather was fantastic and we were sun burned.
I did want you to know that our airline
tickets included the departure taxes. Also, the rooms now have little
refrigerators that are stocked with bottled water, beer, and sodas.
There is 24 hour room service and a new outdoor pool for people that prefer
more quiet.
You'll be hearing from us again, as the
girls are talking of going back later this year. Again, thank you
for all of your help.
We wanted to thank you for setting us up
in Cancun this past January. We truly had
a great time.

all-inclusive Moon Palace Sunrise.

space to relax.
Our daughter met a couple of children whom
she spent some quality time with, including a couple
of days at the Kids Club. My son, the water
child certainly got enough of it between the pools at Sunrise
and Moon Palace.

We just returned from the Moon Palace in
Cancun and had a wonderful time. The hotel was breathtakingly beautiful.
I'm sure I have never seen so much marble. The staff was extremely
friendly, the food wonderful, and the drinks cold and refreshing.
We participated in the two tours (we chose
Tulum and Xpu Ha) and both were great.
It took me a few days to convince my husband
to schedule our massages, manicures and pedicures, but after, he felt it
was one of the best parts of the trip. He just wishes we had scheduled
them earlier and repeated the massages a few times.
The two other couples that traveled with
us also wanted me to express their thanks and appreciation for helping
to arrange such a wonderful trip. It was kind of funny that as we
were checking in last Saturday, the couple in front of us had also booked
their trip through you having seen your web site.
Thank you again. We will be traveling
back down in the fall and will be calling you. We think we might
like to stay at the Moon Palace Sunrise next time, it was even more impressive
than the Moon Palace.
We returned
from our week vacation to Paradise a couple weeks ago.
The Moon Palace was truly the most wonderful place in
the world. My husband and I did not want to
leave. We had a great time, and enjoyed the
service and food. We only left on day to go
downtown Cancun, but could not wait to return home to
the Moon Palace. We even skipped the tours
because we just did not want to leave. We
enjoyed our time just relaxing by the pool. We
definitely plan to return, and will call you to
purchase another week when we do. Thank you for
your help.

of our lives. We stayed 7 nights, 8 days and it was still not enough!!!!!!
We went on 2 tours (Isla Mujeres and Xpu-Ha). We snorkeled, and enjoyed
the great views and the wonderful food, we shopped at the flea market,
what an experience! I myself, swam with the dolphins at Wet &
Wild and it was FANTASTIC - even got a deal. The Moon Palace Sunrise
was by far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed at and it was a
second honeymoon for us after 14 years of marriage. We cannot wait
to go back. Also, on the way to the airport, we met a couple that
had also dealt with you guys. I thought that was great, we compared
notes, and you were rated A++++++++++++ Take care and thank you for the
