We stayed at the all-inclusive resort,
Aventura Palace, on the Mayan Riviera (60 miles south of Cancun), the first
week of May, 2000. This is an adult only resort.
This was my first time at an all-inclusive.
The resort itself was delightful. The setting is beautiful.
The buildings and grounds are well maintained. The rooms were clean,
clean, clean. The air-conditioning and everything else in the room
worked. Our room has a two person Jacuzzi (which I believe is standard
in all the rooms), satellite TV, hairdryer, data port, in-room safe, AM-FM
clock radio, a balcony with a hammock, a refrigerator stocked with all
types of drinks, and bottled water for the coffee maker and for teeth brushing.
There were three restaurants and a pool
snack bar to choose from. There is an on-site water purification
plant for all the tap water and ice. The food was very good, including
Mexican cuisine (the best guacamole I have ever eaten), Continental cuisine,
French pastries, and English afternoon tea. The Bahama Mama and the
Midori Freeze drinks were excellent.
There is a free shuttle to the other Palace
Resorts (say at one, party at all six). There is a daily listing
of resort activities and personnel to help plan side trips. There
is varied entertainment nightly. The swimming pools cover a couple
of blocks. There is an artificial lagoon, all types of water sports,
scuba lessons, volleyball, billiards, foosball, tennis courts and gym.
Golf courses are nearby.
The spa (not everything is included) provides
massages, hair care, nail care and henna tattoos. The spa fees are
similar to USA rates. The well stocked gift shop had better prices
for T-shirts than we paid (after hard bargaining) in Playa del Carmen.
There are plenty of sofas and chairs in cool, breezy porticos to take a
snooze, chat with friends, enjoy a smoothie, or read a book from the take
and share library. The resort staff went out of their way to make
everything pleasant and relaxing for the guests; in fact, the staff was
the friendliest I have every encountered. Thank you.

Hi cancun-all-inclusive,
Just wanted to drop you a line to let you
know how wonderful our Cancun vacation was. We had a great time!
Your recommendation to stay at the Moon Palace Sunrise proved to excellent.
The accommodations were fabulous and the food was top quality. When
we go back, we hope to stay there again with one of your competitively
prices member packages. Thanks also for your assistance in scheduling
and answering my questions. Again, thank you - it was a great vacation!

We are home from the honeymoon. We
went to the Moon Palace, which is 10 miles south of
Cancun, Mexico. This hotel was the very
best!! Food, and ambiance was out of this world. Hotel had a 6 star rating and it deserved every one!!
Service was wonderful and a fun place to play and
meet people from all over the world. We want

Exquisite views from every location at the all-inclusive Moon Palace Sunrise. There
is a freestyle swimming pool the length of three football fields,
and over one mile of Caribbean beach front. |

Hi cancun-all-inclusive.com,
Well, we have returned from our vacation
at the Moon Palace Sunrise and it was everything you said and more...We
were treated like royalty and the food was excellent. We traveled
to the other Palace Resorts and tried all of the different restaurants.
The beach at the Cancun and Beach Palace were the best I've ever seen and
I live in Florida. We will definitely be going back next year.
Going there through you (cancun-all-inclusive.com) gave us all the advantages
of being a member. We have a beautiful room, looking directly at
the water, and it also overlooked the quarter mile swimming pool that we
enjoyed so much. Thanks so much for all you did to make this vacation
possible and I will be in touch with you for next year for another trip.
Thanks again.

to do some snorkeling or diving on the reefs off the coast of Isla
Mujeres. This is one of the tours included in our all-inclusive

Hi cancun-all-inclusive.com,
We just returned from our trip to the Moon
Palace on Sunday April 30, 2000. Wanted you to know we enjoyed ourselves
very much. The facilities are spectacular, and our room was oceanfront
away from the pool area, and perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our massages,
manicures, pedicures and the tours that were included in the package.
We took the shuttle into the hotel zone several times, visited a couple
of the other Palace Resorts, and other than the beautiful turquoise ocean
that is outside of them, we wouldn't have traded the Moon Palace for any
of them, and were always ready to get back to our quiet, peaceful resort.
Considering the expanse of the Moon Palace and Moon Palace Sunrise, we
never felt crowded anywhere we went. With the awesome pools at our
disposal, there was no missing the beach of the hotel zone. I have
decided if we ever put in a pool, it has to have one of those ledges that
the lounge chairs sit on.
Thank you for your services, we had a great
time!

Hi cancun-all-inclusive.com
I just wanted to send a thank you to all
the wonderful staff at the Aventura Palace. We had the best vacation
ever. The facility was gorgeous and the staff incredible. Everyone
- grounds crew, pool maintenance, maid staff, and especially the restaurant
hostesses and waiter, went above and beyond to make us feel like pampered
royalty. It was great to relax in the in room Jacuzzi after a day
of fun in the sun! We really enjoyed our time at Xpu Ha and the Chichen
Itza tour. Thanks for a memorable vacation!
