3 - 6 night stays includes unlimited tours each. 7 nights includes
unlimited tours each, and 1 massage, 1 manicure, and 1 pedicure for each
adult. Roundtrip hotel/airport transfers included in a minimum 7 night stay,
but are not included in less than 7 night stays.
Airfare is not included in the rates.
Double, triple, and quadruple
occupancy is based on the number of adults (over 17) that will be staying
in the same room. e.g. 2 adults, 2 children is double occupancy + 2 child
rates. If there is one adult and one child then it is just double
occupancy.
Split season: If your vacation dates fall between seasons, then the
rate is divided between the number of nights in the first season
multiplied by that
season rate, plus the number of nights in the second season multiplied
by the second season rate.
Cancellation: Palace Resorts
cancellation policy is: You may cancel up to 7 days prior to your vacation
date full refund, less a $100.00 administrative fee. If you cancel within 7
days, you will be charged a 2 night cancellation fee,
plus a $100.00 administrative fee.
